Subscription and Fees
Certain features of the App are only available to subscribers who pay a fee (\"Subscription\"). By subscribing to the App, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen Subscription plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly set forth in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change the Subscription fees and plans at any time, but we will provide you with notice of any changes before they take effect. If you do not agree to the new fees or plans, you may cancel your Subscription before the changes take effect.
User Content
The App allows you to create and upload content, such as images, logos and posts (\"User Content\"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose, or in any way that interferes with or disrupts the App or our services. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Uploading or sharing User Content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing
Using the App to transmit viruses, worms, or other malicious code
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the App
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
Using the App to collect or harvest personal information of other users
Intellectual Property
The App and its contents, including the software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content of the App without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with you.
